- Add the almond milk, frozen banana, frozen berries, and chia seeds to a high-speed blender.
- Blend on high for 45–60 seconds until completely smooth and creamy.
- Scrape down the sides with a spatula and blend for an additional 10 seconds if needed.
- Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately.
Notes
- Boost it: Add a scoop of vanilla protein powder or a handful of spinach for extra greens without changing the taste.
- Thickness: For a thicker "nice cream" bowl, use less liquid. For a thinner drink, add more milk 1 tablespoon at a time.
- Prep ahead: Freeze your banana and berries in a zip-lock bag so you can dump and blend in the morning.
- Sweetness: If your berries are tart, add 1 teaspoon of maple syrup or honey.
