Green Detox Power Smoothie

A vibrant and creamy blend of leafy greens, tropical fruit, and metabolism-boosting ginger. This smoothie is packed with fiber, vitamins, and antioxidants to naturally energize your day and support digestion. It is the perfect healthy reset for a busy morning or a post-workout refresh.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut water
  • 1 large handful fresh spinach about 2 cups
  • 1/2 medium ripe avocado
  • 1/2 medium green apple cored and chopped
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds optional for extra fiber

Method
 

  1. Add the almond milk, spinach, and lemon juice to the blender first to help the greens blend smoothly.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients: avocado, green apple, pineapple, banana, ginger, and chia seeds.
  3. Blend on high speed for 60 to 90 seconds until completely smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy immediately for the best flavor and nutrient retention.

Notes

  • For a colder, thicker smoothie, use frozen apple chunks instead of fresh.
  • If you prefer a sweeter taste, add 1 teaspoon of maple syrup or a soaked date.
  • This smoothie is best consumed fresh, but it can be stored in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to 4 hours (shake well before drinking).
